I hope all is well. You are doing great! - Today, I had a slice of bread that was toasted with 1 slice of tomato on it. Later on, I had some Special K with 2 packets of Splenda and some milk. I seem to average about 600 to 700 (maybe) calories a day. Except 2 weeks before my stupid period, its more like 1,200 for a day or two.
