Ok, so the really cool thing about this is the fact that I've tried not to obsess with my weight, just live life and make smart choices.
Ok, drum roll please ~ well, maybe not.....
Ok, so I'm at 182. Not thrilled. I havent been exercising like I should although I'm trying to get back in the swing of things. As I stated before, we had a pretty traumatic 2010 and one of the fallouts of that time is that I lost my walking buddy ~ scheduling conflicts and the...

Ok, so you all know that I see things differently than most
. Yesterday, I was on my way to work and was sitting in my car at a traffic light. I was thinking how much better I feel since I stopped watching the news - LOL - and I've felt a great sense of optimism lately. As I was sitting there, I looked up into the sky and saw this bird. This goofy bird was having a blast ~ he seemed to be riding currents going up and down and all sorts of crazy patterns, all the while working toward...

Just thought I'd pop in and download some of my thoughts
Things are moving along. As to my WLS journey, I have changed jobs which has been a huge help. I was stuck tied to my computer and desk before but now I am up on my feet at least half the day which has helped energize my weightloss.
I have dropped another 15 pounds since changing jobs. I am coming to terms with my post WLS body. I keep reminding myself how I looked b4 surgery. We are so conditioned to compare ourselves to "Hollywood...
