Hey Deb I'm liz we had surgery the same day I've only lost 71 lbs what r your meals like for one day? If u don't mind so I can make sure I'm eating enough Thank you

Hello everyone,

Well I finally have a surgery date tues. Sept. 28, 2010 and very excited with many other emotions too. My daughter and I have done lots of investigating, reading, questioning and searching and feel that we're as ready as we'll ever be. Good Luck to us !!!!

Well It's now 6 months out and I have lost 110 lbs and have gone from a size 28 to a current size 16 ( which is starting to get loose on me too). Very happy and enjoying my slimming down self and my journey...Yeah Me!
