Hi Melissa,

I have my operation on Sunday 5th July. I cant wait. The Liver Reduction Diet is a killer isnt it? lol
I am scared and excited too. Just had to write my husbands birthday card (its his birthday Monday) and I suddenly thought if anything goes wrong on sunday, he could be reading the card after I am gone, so i wanted to tell him how much he means to me without it looking too much when Monday comes and I am sitting up, fine and well. It was hard.

How much weight have u lost since going on the Liver Reduction diet? How long are you on that prior to surgery? what does your diet consist of? I am in England, U.K. so I am guessing the diets might be a little different.
