Thanks for your encouragement. Today was the first day of the 2 week liquid diet. It went well. I hope that these 2 weeks fly by. I have to meet with the surgeon, and team tomorrow. I was reading about the pain after surgery and know that this will pass quickly too. Thanks again.

Haven't been on RR for quite a while...life get's sooo busy.
Thanks so much for your msg...you are so encouraging -- and I know you are an inspiration to MANY (as lisa and I were for you.) Keep it up.
I'm living powerfully...loving life...and so thankful for my RNY.

I'm still about 15# from where I'd like to be....and to be at a healthy BMI (still considered OVERWEIGHT) but I'm thrilled to be a loose sz 12...and weighing 175. I've lost 160 #'s and that is quite an accomplishment....and I'm thrilled that after 3 yrs po...I'm still steady. And feel VERY normal in my day to day life.

HOW ARE YOU?? you look amazing...and look like you've hit goal.

Thanks Diane. I'm rather partial to them. LOL Joshua just turned 3 on April 11. Where does the time go??? Jessie's 4 1/2... 5 in October. She's starting Kindergarten this fall and is so excited.
