    Hey Dog,
Wassup? Still in DC? I had some horrid issues with constipation but it seems to have cleared now. Nasty. THink I am losing about 10 lb a month.. so 4? months to go?
Are you doing ok with all the foods? I am, but am now trying to avoid all things white-flour being big on the list. Creamy things never did well for me. Still have to do better counting protein.. but have done real well with the 60 of water a day.
    Stay in touch. Janet

    Hey Kelly?!?!?!?! Wassup?!?!?
I don't see you posting much. I hope everything is going well for you.
I am still plugging away.. I go to a gym now and think that activity has been helping me. My girlfriend's MS really bothers her in the summer, hope yours doesn't.
    Keep in touch. Janet

    Well done, Kelly.
I am at 88 lbs.. and it is hard to believe this will be 100. Never in my wildest dreams-but I mustn't stop there... need about another 40?not sure..It has been a long day, and I am beat. We drove up to Harrisburg and then N on322 ... to see a house we are having built.. Safe journey home.

    Hey Kelly,
haven't seen you post for a while..everything ok? Did you ever find Spark People? How are you doing?
I am down 85 lbs I think..maybe 87. My family got me a gym membership and I hired a trainer (he is mighty fine to look at.)
It is a little scary for me, but I am sticking with it. I don't want muscles...(big ones.)
Drop a line and let me know how you are doing.

    Hi Dog,
I record on SPARKPEOPLE.com. It is the easiest site and I can do it myself w/o any help. There is ahuge list of foods and you can add other foods not on the list.
It is hard for me to keep track too.. I am better some days ..not so great other days.
Highly recommend SparkPeople.com. Let me know how it works. Your weight loss is doing great. Congrats! Janet (Pretty Woman)

Hi there...I posted a response to your question about posting four photos, but didn't know if you saw or not, so thought I'd repost info here.

When you go to "attach" it will allow you to browse 3 items. After you upload those, go and attach again and you will be able to do up to 3 more. I don't know how many it will allow you to do in all, but that is how I got the four up.

(Boy this got out of order!!! - 1000 characters at a time - whatever!!!!
As for the scale - I am still sitting at 47 pounds lost. If you actually think about it, that's not too bad with only having had my surgery on 1/28. 6 weeks? 7 weeks? I can see the inches are falling off though. I had to buy smaller bras and underwear and I'm still wearing my clothes at the original size - even though they literally hang on me!

    I still have buyers remorse.

I also can't tolerate soy or soy whey products. I can't even drink lactaid milk! I just bought some Almond milk, rice milk, oat milk and coconut milk to see which one doesn't taste or smell like mucus and hopefully I can find one that I can actually digest. I'm finding the best way for me to exist is by eating just protein alone. When I go to Chipolte I get a burito bowl with only a little rice, 2 kinds of meats (1/2 and 1/2) usually chicken and carnitas (pork) and double the beans (2 kinds) and that's it. I don't get the cheese, or sour cream (because of the above crap) and I'm not a fan of salsa or guacamole. I normally eat 1/2 the bowl for lunch and then bring the leftovers home for my hubby!!!

Hi! No, after this surgery there is nothing that is TMI!!! LOL!!!! As for the vitamins, I saw on here that people eat Flintstones chewables so I got some of the gummie ones. I had originally gotten a liquid one from my chiropractor's office and it was mustard yellow and tasted HORRIBLE! Maybe because it was the fact that it reminded me of baby poop, I don't know!!!

I do take the probiotic pearls and it seems to be helping but when I have milk or cheese, I get soooo sick! Horrible gas and then violent diarrhea -- the joys of being lactose intolerant. Lactaid pills don't even help!

    I forgot to tell you
I am using SparkPeople.com to calculate daily nutrition. I am not a complete computer idiot but it was the only one I could sign on to and use..there are others.
Hope the hiney is better... is there any such thing as TMI once we have been through all of this??
