The last month and a half has been an emotional roller-coaster.
For a whole month the scale did not move, and when it finally did, it went the wrong way. I was really scared, that I was going to be one of the few in the statistics that does not make it, and the thought scared the shit out of me, pardon my French
Finally, last Saturday I started loosing weight again, and now I can say, that I am on the safe side of 100 kilos

The trip to Oslo went well.
The doctor said my stats were good, except that I am low on vitamin D and Kalcium, so I'll be taking extra D and Kalcium for the next 3 months until the next check-up at the doctor.
Regarding the weigth-loss I am precisely on track, which I was glad to hear, because I feel it is going a bit slow now.
At the "coping-course" we met a lady who had the Roux en Y in December 2007. What a great inspiration she was. Somehow it gives more meaning...

Sunday I'll be travelling to Norway for a check up at the doc. Also I'll attend a two days "coping-course", together with other 3-months post ops. I heard that the course is absolutely fantastic, so I am very much looking forward to it
