Remember if anything changes about what you ate go back to the thread and edit your post. I have to do that plenty. It is just a way to make sure you always stay honest because your mind will use it against you. When you are honest about what you eat and post everything then you don't want to eat crazy because you know you will have to post it. On the other hand if you are not honest and leave out stuff then your mind will tell you it's ok to eat that, you don't have to post, nobody will ever know. You see it defeats the purpose.
