Take your education just as far as you want and can! I don't know anyone who thinks they have too much education or too many degrees, but I've worked with many, many guys who wished they could have gone farther. I was 30 when I got my BSME, and pushing 50 when I got my PhD. My mother has me beat all hollow, though. She was 67 when she got her AA, and then she started a pretty good business with it!

Our system here is a bit different from the US, so I would admit you to the hospital and start IV antibiotics.
Infections in the thigh sometimes don't react well enough to oral antibiotics.
