Ok, so far Im down 68 lbs and 10 sizes. Yay!!! Using the eliptical at the gym 3 days a week, 4 miles at a time in about 1 hour, and then using the ab machine for a bit. These are all positive things that I am thrilled about! The other day I saw my head-to-toe reflection for the first time in 2 years....I didnt even recognize my own body. It was a really weird feeling. Here is the negatives: I feel gassy a lot of the time, and I am now officially losing my hair. Well, good totally outweighs (HA)...

Update!! This last weekend I went on a 7 mile walk for charity with my husband. My goal was to do it in under 2 hours, and we did it in hour and 52 minutes! Yay! We would have been even faster, but we were unsure of where the finish line was. I am down 34 pounds in 2 months. I am really proud of myself! Even better, I am still working out almost 6 days a week! Ive NEVER been able to do this, and when Im on the treadmill, I almost feel like I could start running! Im getting there, getting there....

I went to my first Zumba class today, and it was AWESOME!!!! For those who dont know, Zumba is like a salsa workout. It was so fun! While I was there, I learned a few things.
1. Zumba kicks your butt, but its so fun that you dont notice until you wipe the sweat off your brow.
2. I have dropped 4 SIZES!!!! I used to wear a 22. I bought some workout pants without trying them on (dumb,I know), and I bought an 18, I thought I could shrink into them. They were almost falling off during...

Ok, so last week I weighed in at work at 250. Thats 13lbs down since surgery. Sunday I weighed on a new scale that I bought and it read 254!!! I know that there is bound to be some difference in scales but 4 pounds?! No way! I am just starting my 3rd week out from surgery, and I am wondering has ANYONE out there experienced weight loss, then a little weight gain this early on?!?!? I started to panic and went back to all liquids so I could get back down. Help!!

I just got done looking at tons of before and afters all over the interwebs, and while bieng incredibly inspirational, it is very emotional. I am so proud of all those people, and the difference in the smiles, and the eyes, thats where its at. For some people, its like a mask. The smile is there, but the hurt and the misery is in the eyes. I can look at those before pictures and see myself in them. I am so excited to join everyone in the after pics too, but I am scared too, you know? Will this...
