So much has happened
my Dad died, my best friend died,I lost my job OF 9 YEARS DUE TO BUDGET CUTS, Gained 8 pounds back....I need some help, how do I know if my pouch has streched, can I still lose the last 40 pounds?

but i also got sick and then sunk lower into depressions until they got my levels straightened out what a miess.

Well the 20 im takeing off is above the expected regain!

I got sick with shingles and that really took me down in a bad depression that took a year to rid.
im feeling good now, and yeah i resorted to meds for help

I'm sure it does get depressing when you see the newbies doing a lot of losing, but remember, we will all be where you are at one time or another. Gaining is going to be a normal procedure once our bodies get adjusted as I'm sure you know. My surgeon told me to expect a 15-20 lbs weight gain, and I'm sure trying to maintain our "ideal" weight is going to be tough. I hope you don't let yourself get too down, you are human sweetie, we all relapse at one time or another. You have done so good for 4 yrs, you'll get on the right path again--you've come too far. That's what I do like about this group--you don't always have to be the "supporter", we're here for you too. I can help you through private messages if you would rather do that, let me know. I care
