Hey there... we gabbed back when we both first had our WLS... how has everything been going? How much have ya lost in total? Any problems? I am doing well... at a bit of a standstill as far as my weight. But still only 15-20lbs from my goal weight so I can'tcomplain! loL... Would love to hear from ya, Lori

Hi Lori! I Feel wonderful!!!! I can't believe what a difference my WLS has made. No more back aches or knee aches. I am now 2 1/2 wks. out and I have now lost 30 lbs. It is unbelievable how the weight just seems to melt away. Where did you reside when you were in the High Desert? I live in "Antelope Acres" which is the west side of Lancaster. I have been here for 5 yrs. now.

I am so excited.... I return to work tomorrow morning! My surgeon wasn't real crazy on the idea until I assured him that I would work a desk job for another 4 wks. before resuming my normal work as an aircraft mechanic. I wonder how many of my co-workers will notice the beginning of a "New Me". I wish you much continued success and please write back... Sandi

Hi there, was reading thru some posts and saw ya. i had my WLS on october 27th! I am aslo originally from the High Desert! I live in No. Ca now. So, how are you feeling? I feel great. I lost 17lbs one week out from my surgery date, but haven't seemed to lose since I started the protien shakes and soft protien after that... but the surgeon says noprblem, just stick with it... How much have you lost? Ilost 15 before my surgery. Write back, would love to hear from you, Lori
