thanks ginagirl im feel better its been 4 weeks and im down from 218 to 190 but to me im not loosing it fast enough.and im still kinda sore did that happen to u thanks again

I am sure you know what I feel. It is truly a miracle! The only thing that is starting to freak me out is that I am able to eat almost anything now, and it doesn't feel weird. It almost seems just like it was when I was heavy. Very scary. That is why I get on the scale first thing EVERY DAY! I have to keep an eye on this so I don't sabotage all my hard work.

omg.. i just saw this olive garden commercial...we havent got an olive garden...apparently they have new stuff... i dumped watching the commercial

how is your recovery coming along?
