Hey Lynn... Hello how are you? I have been keeping busy in my yahoo groups. Opening up one of my own. I've been doing okay. Been really tired lately too. Can't even seem to stay awake thru a 60 min program on TV. I have been slacking on my vitamins and I know I need to get back on the ball with that. I just ordered some new choc ones 2 days ago. Hope they will taste good. So how were you Holidays? Mine were good. I will try to get on here more often... take care and have a wonderful weekend!

Where in MN are you located? I'm in the Mankato area. Where are you having your surgery and who is doing it? My wife and I both had it done at Abbott NW in Minneapolis by Dr. Chute. Highly recommended!!

You are going to have to sneak into the kitchen to fix your own food. Especially during the first month while you're on a restricted diet. There is no way you will do well if you don't follow your surgeon's rules and work up slowly to eating solid foods again. If Mom won't help, you have to make it happen for yourself. Not a lot of choice there!
