It is sunday feb.27th 2011.....I have officially gotten back on the "watch what I am eatting" plan...I haven't been watching what I eat just eatting what ever I want and can tollerate ...I need to lose 13 pounds by June when I go on vacation!...so it is back to the basics for me and writing ever thing down to see where I am going wrong.
