You are makin such good progress!! I continue to loose each week while I wait!!

hi katrina, glad its not just me then running to the loo!it settleing a bit though, whatdid you eat first couple of days i want to try some food apart from milk but scared dont know when to start really.should i try a yohgurt.

hi katrina had my op everything seems to be ok im back home now drinkin water and milky coffee to start with not in to much pain but trapped gas hurts to burp did you find that.x

hi katrina,hope your well, had my pre op today all seem to be well.just ready now for the surgery. im feeling hungry already though!lol. met with glenda she is lovely! ill keep u updated on my progress may need help when i come home,hope your appointment with glenda went well.x

Im glad everything went good for you hope mine does too,my friend had hers done by mr pollard 2 years ago but she had open surgery back then.she looks fab though she has lost 9 stone now.x

Oh and you will be given a bottle of hibiscrub to shower in for a few days!!!! xx

I'm going to see Glendat tomorrow for my first check up with her, I feel fantastic, if I'm honest it was a LOT easier than I thought it ws going to be, once you get those first couple of weeks over with you will be fine! The pre-op diets harder because you will have to use your willpower!!! Keep drinking loads of water to fill up! :-) Glenda's nice, she is married to another weight loss surgeon-Steve Pollard. Let me warn you, when you go for your pre op with glenda and Debbie I think she's called they will swab you for MRSA......they swab your nose and your groin!!! So be warned! Don't have to take your pants off though! They will also hook you up to a heart monitoring machine for a couple of minutes, so wear a nice bra!!! ha ha They are all lovely though so don't worry! You can text me anytime you want you know if you are worried or anything x
