Aloha all,
I think that I am eating alittle too much. A comment from my mom tonight makes me wonder. I did eat broth soup...about 1 cup.(had bits of chicken in it)...later I had 1/2 cup cooked veggies with cheese. 2 hrs later I had 1/2 cup cereal. I am 2 months out...does this sound like too much? Hard, solid meats are more difficult...but I do know that I am not eating 1 ounce per meal. How is everyone's quantity?

aloha all,
I am on my 3rd week post surgery, went to a shopping mall today with a friend and felt totally depressed...sitting through lunch unable to eat anything. Although I know I should redirect my focus to conversations with my friend....all I felt was resentment that I couldn't eat "normal " food.
Please share any suggestions to help me.
