    Maintenance should be about 1200-1400 for women, depending on your height, and metabolism.
    However, don't obsess about calories. Rather, make sure that you are sticking to the at least 60g protein, 64oz water per day, protein first, veggies next, carbs last if your pouch still has room, no drinking with eating and 30-60mins after. These rules aren't for just during the rapid losing stage, these are for the rest of your life. If you are stickin to these rules, then your caloric intake will fall within the range without counting the cals. Also, when you feel hungry before it's meal time, or if you have an urge to graze, then drink water first.
