Please feel free to ask me any questions. The surgery was very successful and I have been doing great post-op with no complications. I did have H. pyliori after the surgery, but they prescribed medication for two weeks and I guess it is resolved as I have no problems with it. I had my surgery done at Ottawa Hospital. The weight loss for me is slower than some on the board, 40 pounds in two months, but I am happy with it.

Today is my two week mark and I get my staples out! So far I've lost 10 pounds but I still have no idea from where! Protein shakes are a little better now that I've discovered flavorings! Decaf coffee to make a mocha or a latte, coconut to my vanilla for a pina coloda minus the alcohol of course. Today I'm having chocolate with unsweetened frozen cherries. Yummy!
