The belt lictomey is 11,500 I have champ va they paid 100% for my bypass surgery. They said if I had skin trouble they would cover that surgery. I took a letter in from my doctor. I met my catastropic cap for the year so it will be 100% if they let me do it. The lady told the dr. office yes.
