Sorry it took me a while to get back to you! I'm still earning this site, which I am enjoying when I get time to be on. I hope you are doing better now. I am doing so-so to be honest. Some days I can stay well hydrated and as for eating it comes and goes. having trouble with meats i can eat chicken, fish, and shimp but it makes me somewhat naueated. My bigest issue is taking my time to eat. I forget to slow down sometimes. i am a nurse and I was so used to "hoovering" food and getting back to work and I can not do that now. It is a big adjustment trying to snack healthy through out my shifts. Keep me posted and I wish you the best of luck!

How are you doing? Haven't heard about your progress or anything yet! Hope you are doing great...I was 1 week post-op yesterday and I'm doing ok...Just trying to stay hydrated and get my protein in!! How are you doing with that?
