Yes. I have been getting that a lot lately as well. People coming up to me and saying I need to stop losing weight. It really amazes me. I was so suprised the first time someone told me that. I NEVER in my wildest dreams ever thought that sentence would be directed at me. You just have to realize everyone has their own opinion and it should not matter to us. They need to worry about themselves and us about us.
I also noticed a lot of negative remarks coming from a couple of so called friends whom makes their jealousy so obvious. They say little things trying to get me down. I want so much to come back with something hateful but I stop myself and just keep doing what I am doing because that says enough.
We just need to not let people's opinion effect us and our joy.
You lose the weight you want to lose and feel comfortable with it. People just need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves. I mean really, who cares what you think about me, right!

has anyone started to tell you that you shouldn't lose anymore weight. lately I've been getting this alot. I guess I look smaller than I actually am because of my height but they don't realize that I still weigh alot more than I should. I try to explain this to them but I've gotten to the point where I don't feel like explaining anymore. my aim is to get down to about 170lbs and I think that is still alot of weight for my height. I do understand that they have to get use to the new me but I surely don't need their negative opinions.

Thank you for saying that. I just believe in telling your testimony. God has brought me through not to keep it to myself but to share His love with others. If He did it for me He can do it for others. I always pray for Him to make me into a living testimony of His goodness. God has been so good to me!!!

You can buy it at Wal mart in the vitamin section for about $10 for a small container or at any vitamin store such as GNC or Vitamin Shoppe for $35 for a large container. It is GREAT Girl. I'm telling you you will love the results.
