Missnewme...thank you very much for your support. It means a lot to me. This is not an easy fix and you still have to work hard. With all the positive things said to me, it made me realize to be strong. I now have less than 80 lbs until goal. whereas before I had 185 lbs to lose. It was so overwhelming. I know I can do this, right? :-)

hey here I come with positive reinforcement also. stay positive and remain focused. you have made it this far and you can continue with your journey. you lost 108lbs and that's a big accomplishment. It does get tough at times but remember this is a whole new lifestyle for us. take it one day at a time and don't forget to be aware of everything you place in your mouth. you can do it, stay strong
