I'm so excited for you! I'm glad to hear your doing well on your journey...my surgery is in just 2 weeks from today and I'm not going to lie I'm having a little bit of anxiety! I think its mainly because today is the last day pre-op that I can have food...I will be on a liquid diet for the remainder of the weeks that will just be 5 protein drinks a day. I can't wait for you to post some new pics so we can all see your transformation! Congrats again

I am doing very well I go Weds. for my 2 week F/U appt. and to go BACK TO WORK I am so bored!!

I'm glad to hear your surgery went well! I just now realized I had a message How is your recovery going? I go for my one-on-one nut. appt Wednesday and then they will give me a surgery date a couple of days later....(hopefully)...I am so excited and I know you must be excited to be on the other side now!

I just wanted to tell you surgery went well no complications yet, but I am in some pain but everyday it gets better!!

Hey just thought I would drop by and tell you about the new protein powders, I did buy the bariatric advantage and it has worked wonders not sick anymore, and I also found a new love- NECTAR they come in like 13 flavors and they have 3 flavors of the naturals! they have 23 g of protein and no sugar no carbs no fat and best of all you can mix them in water and they taste like koolaid! thanks for your post maybe we can keep up with each other, and thank you for your advice I may try it, my physician said to take bariatric advantage , which is like $ 50 for only 36 servings, so I will have to do something else to off set the cost
