Kat, We have the same surgery date! I would love to keep in close communication with you. Today is the 1st day of my liquid diet & i'm tempted the cheat BUT i won't. I'm feeling a little nauseated & think it may be from not eating. I don't like the protein powder I have so I'm only putting it in my crystal light. I like the slimfast optima and carnation instant breakfast. Are you doing the liquid diet? I live in northern Minnesota. I lived in north central Florida in the late 70's for 5 months...I would really like to hear from you...Take care & good luck
