Good Morning. I sent you a message a while back. not sure if you got it or not. still learning this whole process on here. i had Dr. Hallowell do my surgery on July 2, 2012. back in 2007 i went to Dr. Shermer (spelling?) but my insurance turned me down back then and personally i dont think i was ready in my mind for the change. i know i am now. uva docs rock but the bed side care is something else. i have not complications as of yet. only twice after eating or drinking something have i had nausea. no vomiting. best thing i have ever done for myself.

He said he didn't put drains in cause they werte hard to take care of. I don't think it was a sermoa its from not having the drains I'm filled up again I have to go monday to get drained.when I had my lipomas taken out had to go every week to get drained. I wish he did do the drains the fluid keeps building up fast thanks. My PS works with my Wls doc and my wl doctor did give me a drain for the hernia removal

There's nothing "big baby" about plastic surgery. That stuff HURTS! The swelling HURTS! It hurts to move, cough, even to breath. The drains seem to be placed in just the perfect position to catch on everything and tugging them HURTS!

Looking at the wounds is downright scary. Wondering if the stiches are going to pull out and the skin's going to open up (or in my case, fall down like a pair of pants that the elastic broke). Praying you heal without any infections, seromas or other complications.

I think plastics was a whole lot harder than the bypass. It sure hurt a lot more. You go ahead and be a "big baby".

hi, i was looking through the threads today about maintenance and the PS after weight loss you name came up alot. LOL anyway I was wondering if you had in recent pictures of you lower body lift now some time later? I saw the 11 days out. As I near the time of considering options I was curious. Thanks.
