I found several high protein snacks with fiber. These include dried peas, dried edamame, and a dried "veggie trail mix". These offer protein levels of 6 gr, 14 gr, and 7 gr respecitvely for a 1/4 cup serving. These are $5 a bag--peas and edamame are a 16 oz bag, and the veggie mix is a 12 oz bag. Details can be found at www.liquidbariatricvitamins.com . DAVE

I've been a long time advocate of Epic Ultra liquid vitamins. High potency, good tasing, and convenience are some of the reasons I prefer these vitamins. I found a video about them on YouTube yesterday. This short video explains how well these vitamins work and it's at:

I recently used an inexpensive unflavored whey protein isolate protein supplement. It mixes well in foods, can be used in baking, etc. Cost is $25 per pound, making 77 servings of 25 grams. Details at:

I now have BariCare samples available. One each of vanilla, chocolate, and the pudding version are $5 plus $5 for flat rate envelope mailing, arriving in 2-3 days. Total cost is $10 on Paypal, payable to dave@ragdoll.com . This protein supplement has just become available to the public in late August. Each serving has 20 grams of protein, and has 50 times the RDA of B12, and about 35-50% of all other vitamins. Best tasting protein supplement I've found in the past 30 months since I had RNY. I happen to use these vitamins daily. They taste like an apple cider, have 2 grams of protein per serving, high in antioxidant and trace minerals, 16 times the RDA of B12, and cost $20 a month ( plus shipping), with a final cost of $1 a day. Details at www.liquidbariatricvitamins.com . This company also offers a herbal tea that I use daily to avoid constipation issues. And they also have an energy capsule that also acts like an appetite suppressant--which may help some of the 6 month + post ops....
