How do I get started?
So here I am thinking how do I get started my mind has been set a certain way for so long it is hard to know where to start. Updates:
Finally I had my last Doctor appointment, it was with the cardiologist and he said I was good to go. That my stress test went well and the blood work was good. The only thing he saw was that one of my arties was a little in large and that was no concern it could be something I was born with. No blockages or anything WOO HOO!!! So now it is off to the surgeon on the 15th of this month for a surgery date. I just have to lose these 10 pounds. I am SOOOO EXCITED!!!!

Major Wake Up Call
As I sat waiting to have my eco cardio gram and stress test it hit OMG I have hit rock bottom!!! Here I am having to have someone look at my heart because I have abused myself so bad that now I have to have a stress test and eco cardio gram so I can have surgery to get rid of all of this weight!!! As I sat there trying to read my book so I can get my mind off of this, they kept bringing elderly people in there and it made me feel even worse. I said to myself...

This was a great weekend!!!
On Saturday my Aunt in law had a mass for her husband and her mom. I was not going to go because I am not Catholic. Well I decided to go and I did not like the service there was no joy at all and seem be no praises either. I went truly out of respect. Afterwards we went to my Aunts house and we all had dinner. My in-laws took me over there because my husband was going to have to go to work so we only had the one car. Well they wanted to leave and I was...
