I was just reading that thread you read. Doc explains it pretty good onthe post right before you. But sometimes after people have reached goal for awhile they can tend to loose the 'feeling' of the pouch that we had earlier as in the first year after surgery. For example a person might feel like they can eat alot more or any types of foods and so they do this 'pouch test' But it isn't really a test it is a retraining almost of our brain and our own thoughts to get back to where we are supposed to be. As you can tell from the ladies they all admitted that they had been not eating as they should. Doc points out that this should only be done after you reach goal and are at least and year and even better if two years out from surgery date.
