i get that way to am at a stand still and it frustrating. i keep thinking am doing something wrong. i am not doing alot exersise cause lot back problem set me back. i do walking and water arobics and i trya nd do as much as i can that don't cause pain. i go for a mri today to see what cause my nerves in my right side to go bwad. i wakew up and i can hardley move my arm goes num to my elbow but i keep going not going let it defeat me i got be strong . keep up the good work.
