Thanks for the message!!! I'm able to get to my 65 grams of protein a day too! I have a hard time drink water and CAN"T drink MILK!!! I miss food but at the same time i'm sick of eating but i guess everyone gets that... I have no dumping at all, sometime i feel like i'm going to get eat but i lay down and sleep and then i feel better.... Thanks so much... now i'm working on the work out part... That is hard!!! love your before and after picture... All i can say is WOW!!!! you look great! If u could messge me back on some pointers that made it easy or hard for you to losse the weight... i applied there and didnt get the job....but i do tattoos and stuff now...not at a shop....but i have been around fargo since 96' and didnt go to school here either......just know a lot of people

I'm glad to see other people from the area. I actually had my surgery in Park Rapids, MN. With my work schedule I had a really hard time trying to make it to support groups so this website is really nice to have!

Hi...I see you are a NoDak, too! I had my surgery @ MeritCare on July 24th.
Glad to see you here. I live in Northwood, so too far to come for the bariatric support group, so THIS is my support group. It's a great place to be.
I have a grown son your age that lives in Osgood.
