Thanks sue I hope I can handle the pain

Sue, I am scheduled to have GBS November 2nd. Something in me still tells me that I shouldn't do it. I saw you and felt a bit encouraged, since my Aunt wants me to try Weight Watchers so badly. She had GBS and had to have it reversed, she almost died many many years ago.
I was wondering how long you have been doing or did WW and did it take a very long time to lose the weight? Do they teach you how to eat healthy? Or just eat whatever but only your allowed points? Can I ask for any advise if you have the time?
