Hi, I have a question. I was looking for info on vitamins and saw that you take the calcium petites which is a pill. Is it ok for us to take pills? I thought everything had to be in liquid or chewable form. What about Iron? Do you take a pill for that as well? If so, which brand were you able to take? I'm at a loss and have my surgery in two weeks, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Its hard at first on the fluids..just do your best daily and slowly you can increase it..liquids rightnow are more important than amything, stay hydrated sweetie..
