    MY suggestion is not to stress over it. I have the most outrageously nitpicky doc ever... and I KNOW what kind of stress that puts on a person!! Just follow the rules and do what you're supposed to do between now and then. You can't rush your body. If you don't make it to your DOC'S goal by then, he'll have to just understand that you're doing your best. Putting added pressure on you won't help matters any!!

    Dr. Chart, 3 month weight must be....

    I have lost 42 pounds and my Dr has a chart that wants me to be down 62 by April 28th. I'm worried I won't make the weight. Any suggestions??
