hi elizabeth! I exercise moderately....I walk a lot and I add steps to my day...I was going to the gym but have slacked on that but after the first of the year I'm joining a zumba class or a body flow class...I do better with the classes than I do with the machines. But I didn't exercise excessively....just mostly walked, walked, walked!
