9 months into this after surgery and would like to reach out to familiar friends. I have not done this before and find this difficult to understand. Maybe they took part of the brain too. 
Anyway I have only lost from 278 to 228 from Jan and had my surgery in December. Surgery weight was 298. My doc says I am rare case where I don't feel the full feeling. It is really hard sometimes to take four bites and stop. I am scared to hurt myself. Now my primary says I have Peripheal Neuropathy...
