At Deere we referred to it as RCI - Rapid Continuous Improvement, for exactly the same reason. Had great results with it, both internally and throughout the supply chain, where I worked.

I see you're involved with process improvement. Ever do any Six Sigma? I'm a CSSBB, and teach our graduate course in it. Every so often I do a kaizen-type project for local companies, too, just to keep my hand in.

Hi there tigerfly, I am having a really hard time finding a protein drink I can "stomach". Maybe I should just go to canned or prepackaged. What kind do you use? Also, what protein powder do you use for your blender when you are home. Thanks so much.
