Hello Everyone, I'm still about a month away from surgery, but I been going over the list that my nut. gave to me. I've been purchasing some of the items on the list now. I've been reading alot about the protein powders and the nut has suggested a few. I understand that my taste will be very out of whack after surgery. I've been reading alot of positive things about "Designer whey protein", I was just wondering if any of you have tried it. Do any of you have any recommendations? Thanks!
