I had my surgery in May 2011. Started at 278. In Novemeber I had my 6 month follow up and had only lost 52 pounds. :wacko:I feel this should have been more. But was told this was an ok weight loss. It has now been 4 months since then and I have only lost 4 more pounds. Only 56 pounds!!! In almost a year! I am struggling.
This is such a big stress on me. On top of everything else. Since November I now work 7 days a week, 60 hours. I don't get any days off to rest or do anything. I work...

In 4 days it will be a month since my surgery and I have only lost 2 pounds! Is this normal? I have been watching what I eat, which is hardly anything. I see where others on here have lost about 50 to 90 three months post op. I don't see this happening for me.
Am I doing something wrong?

Today is my second day on the soft foods diet. I just had some cottage cheese and I could hardly eat it. Well I guess a tablespoon was good. But now I am so full I am mirserable. Will this feeling et better as my stomach heals and ecepts foods better?
