Hey. I seen your post in the what did you eat today thread. I know exactly what you mean. I was really struggling all last week and the first part of this week with snacking and eating the wrong foods. I recently posted a thread(if you want to look it up)"Why am I still eating this way". I got a lot of feed back. I was embarassed but it helped me get focused again. I have been doing really well the last couple of days. I feel much better. Maybe if you want we can stay in contact and keep eachother on track. Let me know. I wish you all the strength to fight the enemy in your mind. Girl I need it too.
