U have to take yo sugar at least 2 hour after meals if u had sugar or carbs they will elevate It normal sugar level after a meal is 140 that's good I've had sugar for 10 years

My dad lives down the road from you in Henderson....small world.....I am from Jamestown but we moved up here when I was a teenager and I aint been able to talk work into a transfer yet.....someday..
