I guess you know I am in East syracuse, NY, I had my surgery in April 2008 in Utica NY - Dr Fitzer, he is in with Dr Graber, I started out at Community Hosp. with Dr Desimone's practice, near the end they told me that MVP wouldn't approve them after I asked them multitude of times, I checked around and called MVP and they had told me about Dr Graber's practice in Utica, as I always say everything happens for a reason, I am so glad that I went with Dr Fitzer though, he is very good at his craft, the office staff is wonderful! MVP decided they would no longer have DR Graber or Dr Fitzer as providers of bariatric surgery and they dropped the Docs, The office saw me for free during this time period because they are so committed to thier patients, they had said they would see me for the rest of my life for free. This past January MVP picked up Dr. Fitzer and DR Graber's practice again. I have a few friends whom have had thier surgeries up at University Hosp. they have had no complaints about them.
