I use Unjury protein. Unjury.com They are pretty helpful and i you contact them they will send you a sampling to see if you like it. there are plenty more out there though. or you can browse the estore here. they have a variety too!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks all! Okay...so I didn't do it ...yet! But I'm starting today!! I went to Walmart and got these AdvantEDGE carb control drinks. They are already mixed and have NO SUGAR! I thought the other stuff had way too much sugar in it and I will NOT put sugar into my body!! At least I stuck with that!! I am a sugar-free freak!! It was so hard to get sugar out of my body and I will NOT put it back in!! So...I'm starting this morning on my 5-day Pouch Test ....wish me luck!!! Anyone else out there doing it this week?

I love the plan and thankful i found this plan that can help those that are further out and struggling. this is not an easy journey. I love the carb control AdvantEdge shakes and have used them thru my journey......and im lazy so ready made is my fav!!!! YOUR welcome criag i was glad to let everyone know of Kaye Bailey plan it works!!!! I was doing it with people on Obesity Help in the WLS grads forum. There are always folks useing it over there as well and had to share it with everyone here!!!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks Lisa! I wish I would have had all of you tonight to come to my house and sit with me! I blew it!! I was doing so well and then my family got pizza at my fav place for supper. I sat there and ate my soup while they ate pizza but around 10 p.m. when everyone went to bed, I couldn't stand it any longer and ate a piece. Now I feel like such a failure. I don't know what to do now...do I start all over or just forget about it and keep on going?? I've had such a good 2 days and now I just feel like giving up. Help!!
