There are a few new symbols on each thread and post - Digg, del.icio.us, Technorati, Furl.
The symbols are part of the "Web 2.0" Social networking . By web 2.0, I mean the next thing where the web is going to. The second stage of the internet, the community, social networking where people share information with each other.
Each of the above sites are social bookmarking type sites. Where you tell others that you think a particular page is so amazing.
You generally need to have an account with each first, then you tell them about the page by clicking on the links either in the drop down menu at the top of each thread, or using the symbol on each post.

furl - "Save this link to start your free archive of saved pages." By using the posting methods, you are helping promote RenewedReflections. You are helping others in THEIR weight loss journey.
