We hope this newsletter finds you doing well on your roller coaster ride of your life's journey.
Another 2 new photos for you all. Keep them coming, they are an inspiration to all. We have broken the 10,000 lb lost mark. Well done!!!
As you read the posts from everyone, do you wonder who the person is, and what's in their screen name?
Check into the Getting to know you thread for the who, and Why do you have the screen name you have for the why, add yours to them if you haven't already.
Have you added the weight you've lost forever to the Time to do the math thread?
Have you signed in in the Century Club and Onderland once you have achieved these goals?
They are all motivation for you to stay on track.
Another fun thread is What else weighs 8409lbs thread (now over 10,000lbs), make a list there of things that weigh that much, and see what other come up with.
