Weight Loss Method Controlled Eating & Exercise  |  It's been neary a year...since my lifestyle change I just wanted to say Hi to you all and give a quick update on some things. I can't believe it has been a year. Last year I weighed 380 and today I weighed and I am 320! Not as much as I would have liked to have lost, but more than I expected! I am proud to be a non-op. I admit that I cheat at times, I get back on track. It is a daily struggle that is becoming easier and easier for me to be in control rather than my tummy. I used to not be able to recognize bloating once a month, boy now do I feel uncomfortable and bloated once a month!!! I hate it! My cousin that had the gastric bypass is 4 months pregnant and is gaining weight back. The Dr. told her to expect to gain back about 80 pounds of fat, but she is so very happy to be expecting again. Just wanted to say hi to all my friends... (((HUGS))) Linda
