Weight Loss Method Controlled Eating & Exercise |  473lbs of me, a silent milestone reached. Hey all, its me again  I lost 4lbs this week and feeling good about it. I am now 473 lbs and that number brings me below the "need to lose 200+" mark, I now need to lose 198lbs! just the removal of that 2 as the front number on the "need to lose" amount makes me smile and is something I have been waiting for since starting back in Jan. I just wanted to put an update out there and get my weekly "shout from the roof top" out of the way I have had a steady drop in weight since starting and am on my way to the old me again.
