 |  456 lbs of me, 8lbs dropped this week 3lbs last week
To say that I am pleased with this weeks drop in weight would be putting it too lightly. I have lost 11 lbs since my last post, 8 of those pounds was this week. I missed a week posting my results because of computer problems, but last week was a 3lb drop so a total of 11lbs lost since my last post  11lbs in 2 weeks? I will take that!
