(saw the wheres botzz post) been real busy and just didn't get a chance to post up a progress report Friday, all is well with me, I am down 2 lbs as of Friday so that brings me in at 454 lbs. I am very excited to be getting closer to 440lbs, 440 lbs means something to me as its the most common weight that I have found heavy duty scales go to, why that means something? I dunno but it does I am starting to see real changes in my life with this whole weight loss thing, had a great weekend that I am sure could not or would not have happened 4 months ago. check out my blog for the details.
