Weight Loss Method Controlled Eating & Exercise |  451 lbs of me, dropped 3 lbs this week. Hey Thar, 3 lbs dropped this week, its been a weird week for me, all week the scale has said nothing but bad things to me but I guess it felt guilty this morning and said I weighed in at 451 lbs, it first said 450.4 twice but then the third time it said 451 and I always take the highest number as the weeks weight so there ya have it. Thanks for the support, and the "hows botzzz" post last week because I didn't post was cool too  so sincerely thanks. As Ever Me
